At PetDiary, we’re all about tail wags and happy humans. If your order isn’t just right, we’ll work with you to make it right — no stress.

 

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

·       You have 30 days from the day your item is delivered to request a return or exchange.

·       Items must be unwashed and in original packaging.

·       Got the wrong item or a defective product? That’s 100% on us — just snap a photo and we’ll send a replacement or refund.

🚫 What Can’t Be Returned

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

📦 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@petdiary.shop with your order number and return reason.
  2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return label (if applicable).
  3. Once your return is received, you’ll get a refund or exchange within 3–5 business days.

🐕 Quick Notes

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • We don’t refund original shipping charges (unless it was our error).
  • Returns are processed quickly and kindly — just like we’d want for our own furry friends.
